Customer Accounts, Payment, Pickup & Refund Policy

Customer Account

You can create a customer account when purchasing your items.

​If the website does not allow you to create a New Customer, and puts you onto the Existing Customer screen, it may be that we already have your email address in our customer data. Please select the "Forgot?" option on the Login screen to set a password for your account.

Alternatively, use the Guest checkout option.

NOTE: Please put the Student's Name in the First name box and the Parent's Name in the Last name box, as we need to know the name of the student who will be collecting the items.


Payment Options

Payment is accepted via Paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account and can pay using your credit card.


Collection/Pickup

Two pick up options are available; pick up from the uniform shop or pick up from the school office. Please specify your preference of pick up location during the purchase process. Note: the uniform shop does not post orders.

When will your order be available for pick up?

Your order will be packed by our volunteers during the next uniform shop opening.

This is every Thursday from 8am – 11:15am during the school term.

To check for additional opening times please follow http://www.chspandc.org.au/sub-committees/uniform-shop.

“Pick up from Uniform Shop” orders will be available from the shop from 8am on the next opening day and may be collected during Uniform Shop opening hours only.

“Pick up from School Office” orders will be available from the school office after midday on the next opening day and may be collected on any weekday during school office hours.

***Please put the Student’s Name in the First name box and the Parent’s Name in the Last name box when filling in the billing details so that items can be correctly labelled for collection.


Refund Policy

For exchange or refund, goods must be returned to the shop during opening hours within 120 days with proof of purchase, in original condition and packaging.

Exchange and refund does not apply to caps, tights, ties, blazers, second hand item or discounted goods unless faulty.
