Refund policy

For exchange or refund, goods must be returned to the shop during opening hours within 120 days with proof of purchase, in original condition and packaging.

Exchange and refund does not apply to caps, tights, ties, blazers, second hand items or discounted goods unless faulty.

Refunds for orders made through our online shop will be made to the credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase. Please be aware that your bank may take a few days to show the refund on your account.
